Summer Sublet entire unit (May through August 12th)...OR...Roommate wanted immediately. Quiet Graduate/serious Undergraduate Student Roommate wanted to share 2 BR/2Bath Cedarwood Apartment through August 12, 2012.
Private bedroom and bath, fully furnished, washer dryer, pool, etc. Short walk to CAT Bus route.
I am a PhD student and will be gone most weekends. Looking for a clean, non-smoking, quiet, normal person to share this apartment.

Roommate is $300 per month all inclusive, deposit first and last month's rent.

Otherwise, looking to sublet the entire place $550 per month, deposit first and last month's rent.
